The Health Innovations Lecture Series features talks held monthly at Carle or the University of Illinois campus that focus on a wide variety of innovative topics including medical research, public health, ethics, epidemiology, genomics, and many others. The series is designed for faculty, researchers, physicians, nurses, and other health professionals. For select lectures, health professionals may have the option to receive continuing medical education credits (CMEs) and a certificate of completion. The Interdisciplinary Health Sciences Initiative is hosting its second annual Clinical and Translational Neuroscience Workshop on Friday, February 17, 2017 at The Forum at Carle Foundation Hospital in Urbana. This year's workshop will focus on the following topics: Sleep, Rehabilitative and Restorative Neuroscience, and Neurological Disease.
